Graduate Program Announcements:
Selection Criteria
The selection criteria are approved by the Program Board and follow the guidelines established in the PPGPATO Internal Regulations (available at: https://ppgpatologia.ufc.br/pt/)
“Internal Regulations – Chapter III:
Art. 16 – Access to the Program, for both Brazilian and international candidates, is conducted exclusively through a selection process previously defined by the Program Coordination via a Call Notice (Edital). This call notice is approved by the Office of the Vice Provost for Research and Graduate Studies and widely publicized, ensuring the admission of candidates with the best performance in the selection process.
Sole Paragraph: international students, once approved in the selection process, may only be admitted and remain in the program if they present a valid identity document and a temporary or permanent visa that authorizes them to study in Brazil.”
Interested candidates are selected through a formal process via a Call for Applications, previously approved by the Office of the Vice Provost for Research and Graduate Studies and widely disseminated on the UFC website, the program’s official webpage, social media, and posters displayed in high-visibility public areas across different UFC campuses.
The FULL CALL FOR APPLICATIONS in order to apply for admission into the Master’s or Doctoral programs in Pathology is available at the program’s website.
